These cute little hot water bottles are sized and shaped to hold snugly in your hands to help warm them through after a cold swim. Imagine slipping them into your robe pockets to be warming them up while you swim, then when you emerge you can plunge your hands into a fleece-lined, pre-warmed cocoon. Heavenly! For anyone who is afflicted by Raynaud's (the dreaded white finger) they are a Godsend.

You could even pop them in your boots/shoes if cold feet is more of a problem.

Made from silicone with a secure topper, either fill with hot water or pop in the microwave before you set off on your adventure. Or simply fill from your hot water flask when you are out and about.
