Directions for use:
General health: 1-2 capsules daily, with or without food
Exercise: 1-3 capsules, 2 hours before exercise. Increase to 2+ capsules if over 75kg.
For events of six hours or more, redose four hours following dose 1.

- Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days. Many of our partners dispatch quickly (same or next day), while handmade or made-to-order items may take a little longer. If an item is unavailable or there are any unforeseen delays, we’ll contact you straight away.
